What is Qoffah? A luxury accessories brand rooted in
Morocco, made for the world. We take the قفة
(/Co-Fa/) — a humble
woven basket carried by generations of North African women — and turn it into
something extraordinary. Bold colors. Inventive shapes. Pieces that mean
something.

Where does the name come from? The qoffah (/Co-Fa/)
isn't a trend. It's a basket that has lived in every home, crossed every social
boundary, and been passed from mother to daughter for centuries. We chose that
name because fashion should work the same way — for everyone, without exception.

Who founded Qoffah? A Moroccan woman who left a
finance career to follow a lifelong obsession with fabrics, color, and craft.
Nicknamed "Miss Little Fabrics" as a child. Nominated for the Arab
Fashion Award by the Institut du Monde Arabe. Showcased at New York Fashion
Week 2025. She built this because her daughter was watching.

What makes Qoffah different? We don't do quiet. Our
pieces are made to be noticed — like the Hat Bag, a hat and bag in one, or the
Bag'n Bag, built for women who carry a lot and refuse to compromise on style.
Every piece is handcrafted by artisans in Morocco, Europe, and India. And
through our nonprofit, the Qoffah Alliance, we make sure those
traditions — and the people behind them — are protected.

How do I place an order? Select your piece and
proceed through our secure checkout. Should you wish for guidance on any item
before purchasing, our client advisors are available and happy to assist.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all
major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and additional options presented at
checkout. All transactions are processed through a fully secured platform.

Can I modify or cancel my order? Please contact us as
promptly as possible. Our team will do everything within their means to
accommodate your request, though modifications cannot be guaranteed once an
order has entered fulfillment.

A piece I love is sold out. What are my options? You
may join the waitlist directly from the product page. Our most sought-after
pieces return in limited numbers — we recommend registering your interest
early.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

When can I expect my order?

Orders ship from our Atlanta studio within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–7 business days. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take a few extra days.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship only within the United States. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.

What is your return policy?

Returns are free within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with the Qoffah hang tag attached. See our full Return Policy for details.

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Return shipping within the US is free.

How do I start a return?

Email contact@qoffah.com or use our contact form with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll email you a prepaid return label. Please ship your item within 7 days of receiving the label.

What condition does my item need to be in?

Items must be unused and in original condition, with the Qoffah hang tag still attached. Please include the dust bag, certificate of authenticity and original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

We issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Can I choose store credit instead?

Yes. Store credit covers the full value of your returned item.

Can I exchange my bag for a different color or style?

Yes. Choose “exchange” when you contact us, and we’ll ship your new piece free of charge once we receive your return.

Can I return a holiday gift?

Yes. Orders delivered between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 31.

Are any items non-returnable?

Gift cards, personalized items and items marked “Final Sale” can’t be returned or exchanged.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll cover all shipping and make it right.

How will my order be presented? Every Qoffah piece
arrives in our signature packaging, complete with a dust bag crafted for
long-term storage. The unboxing is considered as carefully as the piece itself.

Do you offer gift packaging and personal messages?
Yes. A dedicated gift option is available at checkout, where a personalized
message may be added. Every detail will be arranged with care.

How should I care for my Qoffah piece?

Store your piece in its dust bag, away from direct light and moisture. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth, and avoid perfume, oils and harsh surfaces. Raffia and woven pieces come with dedicated care guidance included in your order.

How do I know my piece is authentic?

Qoffah pieces are sold only on qoffah.com and through our selected retail partners. Every piece arrives in our signature packaging with its dust bag and Qoffah hang tag. If you have any question about a purchase, please contact us directly at contact@qoffah.com.

Where are Qoffah pieces made?

Our leather pieces are crafted in European ateliers with generations of savoir-faire. Our raffia and woven accessories are made in Morocco, honoring techniques passed down through centuries. Our fine material work is produced in India, where tradition and conscientious design meet. Each collaborator is selected not for convenience, but for mastery.
